Abstract
The exponential stability of fractional order Hop-field neural networks(FHNNs) with optimal intermittent control is studied. In order to realize the intermittent iterative control of FHNNs, the asymptotic estimation inequality of Mittag-Leffler (M-L)function is established. Sufficient conditions to guarantee the stability of FHNNs are achieved. The design process of optimal periodic intermittent controller is given. The validity of the theoretical results is verified by a simulation example.
