Abstract

Relaxation dynamics of a normal spot in a magnetic field below the critical temperature is considered. Three different regimes of superconducting nucleation leading to the Abrikosov vortex state are predicted analytically and observed numerically. In particular, a split of supervortex, regular growth of the Abrikosov lattice, and explosive creation of vortex-antivortex liquid are possible scenarios.
