Abstract

Psychological contract is an important factor affecting the mental health of teaching management staff in medical universities. Psychological contract is a state of mental and physical exhaustion.Concerns about the burnout psychology of the teaching management staff are an essential link in team-building of human resources. In this article, the causes and the performance were analyzed and some effective measures were put forward to relieve such situation, such as establishing a people-oriented management philosophy, building the positive harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, improving the incentive mechanism, enhancing the communication, planing teachers occupation career, strengthening self-management of teachers, cultivating teachers' professional ethics etc. Key words: Medical universities; Teaching management staff; Psychological contract
