Abstract

While scholars have explored the relationship between the organisational climate and knowledge management, the matches for studying how different types of organisational climate affect knowledge transfer through varied types of trust and commitment are varied and complex, and are thus still rare. Structural equation modelling (SEM) has become a useful technique and is increasingly a ‘must’ for researchers in the social sciences. By using SEM, this paper has mapped the main effects and interaction effects of the key factors to successful knowledge transfer. The suitable match for organisational climate, trust and commitment for knowledge transfer in Taiwan is also revealed.
