Abstract
This study examines the status of Digital Transformation in Construction Supply Chain Management (DTCSCM) in Jordan, exploring benefits, challenges, and opportunities. A comprehensive approach, including a literature review and a questionnaire, assesses digital technology integration. Results indicate high awareness (87%) of digital technology benefits, particularly economic factors. Challenges include infrastructure, interoperability (95%), technical expertise, training, cybersecurity (95%), and slow digital uptake among traditional partners (90%). Determinants like collaboration platforms and competitive advantage rank lower (80%). The study introduces a robust evaluation framework with six digitalization determinants, enhancing decision-makers’ ability to promote digitalization in the construction supply chain in Jordan.
