Abstract

Following accreditation of the University of Alberta Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training program, concerns regarding the informal teaching environment, known as “hidden curriculum” (HC) were identified. The ongoing research aims to identify, understand, and rectify the HC through positive change within the department.
