Abstract

Genomic risk for anorexia nervosa (AN) is associated with that of a range of metabolic, anthropometric, and psychiatric traits. Other internalizing-spectrum psychiatric traits also demonstrate genetic overlap amongst themselves, but less so with metabolic and anthropometric traits, suggesting that genetic association with these traits may differentiate eating disorders, such as AN, from other internalizing disorders.
