This paper explores a consultant-based intervention research approach in a real-world healthcare organization. Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the healthcare industry has brought about transformative advancements in patient care, diagnostics, and administrative processes. Healthcare companies have recently embraced AI technologies to revolutionize their resume screening and hiring procedures. This paper explores the various ways in which healthcare organizations utilize AI in their talent acquisition endeavors.
