Abstract

The research extensively explores the correlation between various parenting styles—namely authoritative, authoritarian, permissive, and neglectful—and their impact on the self-esteem and emotional regulation of young adults. Employing a comprehensive methodology, including the Parental Authority Questionnaire, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, the study analyzes responses from a sample of 200 individuals aged 18-25.
