Introduction

Saudi Arabian higher education of public and private universities and colleges and other educational institutions located in different geographic regions in the Kingdom. Private universities and colleges provide alternate options to public universities and may have new or different programs and courses (Aldiab et al, 2017). With the 2030 Saudi Arabian vision, the Kingdom has adopted a new vision and strategies for the development of Saudi Arabia to become one of the most advanced countries in the world in both the economic and educational sectors by 2030. Saudi higher education institutions have adopted this vision and sought to apply the key objectives of research, entrepreneurship, technology and innovation in their strategic plans (Alharbi, 2016).
