Abstract
Situation creating is the prerequisite and foundation for problem-based learning(PBL) in medical education which runs through the whole course of curriculum design and implementation. Deeply comprehending the relationship between problem and situation as well as two transform, mastering the effect of disciplinarity, emotion nurturing and ill-structured problem in teaching situation creating, developing new teaching resources suitable for PBL continuously is beneficial to improve teaching case design quality, enhance guiding function in thinking training and intellectual psychological activity, thus improved implementation efficiency of PBL teaching mode in medical education, realized the aim of developing self-cultivate ability, thinking ability, creative ability and team working consciousness.
