Abstract

This article discusses the top-down nurse training approach, under the Hand-in-Hand Aid policy between city hospitals and rural hospitals. Nursing specialist offers on-site individualized help to its counterpart in the lower level unit by adjusting measures and taking actions that suit local circumstances, thus enhance partnership assistance and the allocation of nursing human resources. The correspondent supports between the two sides will help create a double-win complexion which will benefit both the helper and the helped.
