现代教育观的变化在不断影响着临床护理教育的发展.本文探讨在新时期临床护理教师应具备哪些能力才能坦然面对新的挑战,有效地组织临床教学活动,实现临床教学的目标.这些能力主要包括四个方面:护理能力、教学能力、评价学生的能力以及人际交往的能力等。
