Abstract
Quality of Service(QoS) was introduced into semantic Web service in this paper.The authors analyzed the description of QoS ontology and the method of Web service discovery and the method of semantic Web service discovery,and established a general QoS model.Parameters of this model can measure almost all Web services.A semantic Web service discovery frame based on QoS was proposed.In the frame we firstly discover Web service by function,then evaluate the discovery Web service above based on QoS model,and lastly find out the best one.At the end of this paper,we established semantic ontology and QoS ontology with an instance.
