Abstract

AbstractShale oil reserves in first member of Shahejie Formation are distributed in several areas in the Bohai Bay Basin, such as Qikou, Jizhong and Dongying, these reservoirs were deposited vertically by interbedded oil shales, lacustrine mudstones and carbonates. Compared to conventional shale oil, the reservoir characteristics are significantly different and the transformation measures are poorly reproducible. In this paper, through the analysis of reservoir conditions, modification of previous measures and multi-factor interaction, core inflow capacity experiments, etc. The authors concluded that the difficulties in applying acidizing measures to the shale reservoirs of first member of Shahejie Formation in Qikou sag are Low energy, easy to be contaminated, thin interbedded, non-homogeneous, and poor flow channel support capacity. Classification of acidizing technology options for shale reservoirs of first member of Shahejie Formation based on rock mineral structure and composition. Formed and applied fluoroborate acidizing and colloidal acid fracturing process, and achieved good results. Providing a reference for the exploration of transformation processes for complex lithological shale reservoirs of the Shahejie Formation.KeywordsShale reservoirAcidizing processTechnical measure
