Abstract

Abdominal aortic endograft infection (AEI) is a rare, devastating complication associated with high mortality. The surgical treatment aims to eradicate the infection by endograft explantation (EE), regional tissue débridement, and arterial reconstruction. We hereby report a multicenter experience of EE for AEI to identify clinical presentation, technical aspects, and outcomes of this cohort of patients.
