Abstract
One of essential parts of ERP systems used in middle-sized and big companies is administration of human resources. Due to this system, the company is able to allocate human resources to particular projects and tasks and monitor efficiency and workload of employees. This paper proposes an expert system which is intended to help to select suitable and appropriate human resources to specific tasks and projects.
