Abstract

There has been an increasing demand for technology for high-quality, low-energy buildings in current construction environment and market in Korea, where energy efficient products and technology are desired. Also, the requirement for innovative energy efficiency of governmental buildings is continuously increasing. 25% of total energy consumption in Korea and 30~50% of CO2 emission that effects the environment are engendered from buildings. Therefore new technologies need to save energy consumption and to reduce CO2 emission in buildings. And integrating each technology element of construction is required that corresponds well to the Korean system. However, in spite of the development of the technology of diverse elements to decrease energy consumption effectively, the actual distribution rate of the technology tends to be very low. In this study, the energy-environmental evaluation by establishing test bed of zero-energy houses after applying the technology of each element of construction such as high-eff...
