Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to show the validity of exact linearization via dynamic state feedback from experimental points of view, compared with the conventional first-order linearization technique. So we consider hovering control of a simple twin-rotor helicopter model to show that the dynamic feedback linearization technique makes the system stable at larger region than the conventional one. In addition, we show several experimental results of disired trajectory tracking control via dynamic feedback linearization.
