Abstract
The paper covered main practices made at public medical institutions in Yuhuan county,Zhejiang province in promoting zero inventory control of essential drugs.The experiments include better mechanism,building informationized settlement system of the entire drug flow,centralized drug purchase,as well as smart supply chain terminal execution system,and third-party payment.The zero inventory control has effectively cut back drug distribution.costs and achieved the all-win outcome of medical institutions and drug suppliers.
