Abstract

One of the main complicating factors in the automation of control of various technological processes is the presence of measurement errors. This relates also to induction soldering. In relation to this process, this refers to the features of the non-contact temperature sensors use. This brings in a significant error in the results of process parameters measurements. To develop methods for compensation of measurement errors, it is necessary to conduct experiments to determine the flux influence rate on the indications of measuring instruments, which are used in the induction soldering process automation. The article represents the results of an experimental study of flux influence on the technological process of creating permanent connections of antenna-feeder paths based on induction heating. The results of some series of experiments, as well as their statistical processing, are presented. On the basis of these results it is proposed to form methods for compensation of errors introduced by the measuring instrument.
