Abstract

The long-term storage of heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings will affect their stability and even performance. In order to adopt suitable stirring method to make the heavy-duty anti-corrosive coating recover better after long-time transportation to the site, the influence of different stirring conditions on the coating performance was explored. The coating was homogenized and stirred from the three dimensions of stirring equipment structure, stirring time and stirring speed, and the viscosity and adhesion of the coating were measured. The influence of stirring conditions on coating properties was obtained through experiments, and the results were analyzed.
