Abstract

AbstractTwo different types of crude oil samples in Daqing Oilfield were selected, and the steam distillation rate data of two kinds of crude oil under saturated steam conditions and superheated steam conditions were measured by steam distillation rate measurement experiment and sand filling pipe model displacement experiment, and the contribution degree of steam distillation displacement mechanism to enhance oil recovery was quantitatively studied. The experimental results show that the temperature of saturated steam has a certain influence on the distillation rate of crude oil, and the increase of distillation rate of crude oil is limited by increasing the temperature of saturated steam; Superheated steam can greatly improve the steam distillation rate of crude oil, and the smaller the viscosity of crude oil, the greater the improvement; The steam distillation rate of crude oil is not only related to the viscosity of crude oil, but also closely related to other chemical properties such as wax content of crude oil. In the steam flooding of heavy oil reservoirs, heating viscosity reduction is the most important oil displacement mechanism, followed by steam distillation. For thin oil reservoirs, steam distillation has a strong oil displacement effect, so it is of great significance to study the steam flooding development of thin oil reservoirs after water flooding.KeywordsOrdinary heavy oilSteam distillationSaturated steamSuperheated steamEnthalpyEnhanced oil recovery
