Abstract

Under driving conditions, the dynamic excitation of rail to fastener system is mainly 20–400 Hz, which has broadband characteristics. The traditional test method can only realize single low frequency (4-16 Hz) dynamic loading for fastener system, which is seriously inconsistent with the actual line stress condition. If the loading frequency is increased, the eccentric bending moment of the measured system increases significantly, which is easy to cause damage to the test equipment and difficult to achieve high-frequency loading. Therefore, this paper first proposed a high-frequency dynamic response test method for fastener assembly system and designed and processed a test device based on this method. Compared with the traditional test results, it is verified that the test method and device meet the technical requirements of high-frequency dynamic response tests. It can be found from the test results that there is a non-forced vibration frequency component in the high frequency dynamic response of the bar, which directly determines the fatigue life of the clip.
