Abstract

According to the vehicle bridge coupling vibration characteristics of highway bridges and the similarity theory of structural dynamic model test, based on the π theorem, the similarity law of vehicle bridge coupling vibration model test is deduced by using the method of dimensional matrix analysis, and the geometric similarity scale is taken as 10, and the similarity constant of vehicle bridge coupling vibration scale test system is calculated; Taking the 30 m simply supported beam bridge and 330 kn truck as the prototype, a vehicle bridge coupled vibration model test system including plexiglass model bridge, test car and accessory parts is designed and manufactured. The dynamic characteristics of the model bridge and test car are verified by comparing the test results with theoretical analysis; The static and dynamic responses of the model bridge are studied by taking the single vehicle load driving on the smooth bridge deck according to the normal lane position. The test results of the model bridge are compared with the numerical simulation results of MATLAB, and the vehicle bridge coupling vibration similarity theory is verified. The research results show that the similarity law of the proposed vehicle bridge coupling vibration scale model test is correct, and the vehicle bridge coupling vibration model test is designed and manufactured The system is feasible. The fundamental frequency error of the model bridge is 0.01%, and the difference between the theoretical value and the measured value of the model test vehicle is 3%. The test results are reliable.
