Experimental stady on kangailing decoction in the treatment of primary carcinoma of liver

Abstract

Objective To investigate the Kangailing Decoction in the treatment of transplanted hepatocarinoma(H 22 ) of Mice.Methods To use H 22- inoculated mice in pattern. For normal control, H 22 pattern and the treatment of Kangailing Decoction group.It should respectively be observated that neoplasia weight, the rate of neoplasia inhibition, the Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF) activity expression, the rate of elongation for life, and the influence of the proliferation periodic of liver carcinoma cells for the three group. Results After the treatment of Kangailing Decoction it could result in the inhibition of fumor growth, for the mice having H 22 and the rate of inhibition was 61.2%. It was showed that the rate of inhibition was obviously higher( P 0.01). Kangailing Decoction also could significantly inhibit the abnormal expression of TNF of tumorbearing mice, and increase the mice having H 22 of the rate of elongation for life. Furthermore Kangailing Decoction could hinder the transformation(form G 1 phase to S phase) of tumor cells cycle, and inhibit the synthesis and duplication of DNA. Conclusion Kangailing Decoction to the mice having H 22 could obviously result in the kill and wound of the tumor cells.
