Abstract
ABSTRACTA terahertz (THz) corrugated conical horn antenna with ring‐loaded slots based on silicon micromachining technology is proposed. The radiation patterns are designed to be asymmetrical in both the E‐ and H‐plane with sidelobe below −30 dB in the E‐plane at 500 GHz.
