Abstract
Along the last two decades an incredible amount of knowledge concerning the molecular pathways, and the immunobiological and microenvironmental mechanisms allowing cancer development, the mechanisms of metastases and treatment resistance, has risen thanks to a multidisciplinary coordinated efforts.
