Abstract

Although much has been published concerning the theoretical aspects of adaptive antenna arrays, practical results are scarce. A phased array with partial adaptivity is described, and preliminary experimental results showing its performance against multiple noise jammers are presented and discussed. The factors which limit the cancellation which can be achieved by such an adaptive phased array are outlined.
