Abstract
The development of traveling secondary perturbations on streamwise structures in the swept wing boundary layer is investigated when the perturbations are excited by a periodic blowing-suction through an orifice on the model surface. The streamwise structures were generated by a roughness glued to the model surface. Qualitative and quantitative results on the development of the flow instability are obtained.
