Abstract
The hybrid heat pump is a compression heat pump the working fluid of which is a non-azeotropic mixture. From such cycle — in comparison with the conventional heat pumps — the following advantages are expected: — higher COP; — lower pressure ratio; — lower absolute pressure; — higher temperature gap can be bridged over in one stage; — wider area of application by setting different mixture concentration.
