Abstract
• The DiTeSt™ response to spatial and sequential distribution of events was examined. • The borehole installation of the sensor was proposed. • Anchoring-debonding of the sensor provided a better control on the displacement measurement. • Borehole diameter and filling strength had least effect on the strain transfer process.
