Abstract
The questions why it is desirable to construct experimental complexes to simulate and study flexible manufacturing systems(FMS) and their applicability are discussed. The structure, hard-and software of the experimental complex for FMS simulation, approaches how to construct the models of its main elements, robotic systems and modules are described. The capability of the simulated complex under discussion, its further development and practical application also receive attention.
