Abstract

The oscillations of a nonlinear electromechanical oscillator with elastic collisions have been studied. A theoretical model has been built around the equation of motion including an elastic force that is calculated in terms of the Hertz contact theory. It has been shown that an oscillator with collisions may exhibit bifurcations and stable-focus and limit-cycle attractors. Fourier filtration has been applied to analyze the spectral characteristics of signals.
