Abstract

Taking the crude oil from DaQing oilfield the tenth oil production plant as study, the tests about characteristic of viscosity-temperature are made by rotational rheometre. The viscosities in different temperature, rate of shearing and water cut were tested. The results show that the viscosity of crude oil is temperature-sensitive. As the temperature increase, the viscosity reduces greatly. When the water cut is about 30%, the viscosity is maximum value. Water cut has small influence on viscosity when the water cut exceeds 70%.
