Abstract
This report describes how Belbin personality profiles were combined with ISO9001 quality standard requirements to identify personalities and roles for composing into groups for a Master's level group-work assessment exercise lasting two weeks. Student feedback is broadly supportive, but the dynamics of group cohesion and performance remain an area of close control for tutor-composed groups.
