Abstract
Review question/objective What are the experiences of adolescents who are caring for their Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) afflicted parents in sub-Saharan Africa? Inclusion criteria Types of participants Qualitative studies that focus on the experiences of adolescents (aged 10 to 19) who are caring for their AIDS afflicted parents or guardians in sub Saharan Africa will be considered in the proposed review. Phenomena of interest The phenomena of interest is the experiences of adolescents who are caring for their AIDS afflicted parents. Context Studies with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa will be considered for inclusion in the review.
