Abstract
For many years we have demonstrated to our own satisfaction that the combined talents of the plastic surgeon and urologist offer the best chance for optimal results in the treatment of hypospadias. The technic is described for a one stage and a two stage method in both of which the urethra is brought to the tip of the glans. The use of free full thickness skin grafts for urethral construction and for the relief of strictures is also described.
