Abstract

A clinical case is presented of a multiparous multiparous woman using temporary balloon occlusion of the aorta for delivery of placenta previa with accreta. The clinical picture and method of delivery are described in detail. Teamwork and the use of modern medical technologies made it possible to reduce intraoperative risks and preserve the patient’s quality of life.
