Abstract

The need to automate the activities of educational organizations in the modern economy is substantiated in the article. The goals of the automation of the activities of a professional educational organization are determined. Possible automation options are proposed. The experience of developing applications successfully implemented at Barnaul State Pedagogical College is presented. Applications are presented for automating the activities of structural divisions of an educational organization: admissions committee, psychological center, educational unit, methodologists of distance courses, technical departments.The experience of attracting students to the development of various IT projects with the aim of automating the activities of the educational organization in the framework of individual projects, term papers and final qualification works is considered. The work on attracting students to the development of various IT projects in order to automate the activities of an educational organization is systematic. In the process, students receive technical specifications, analyze project requirements, design, develop and test the product, implement and support it, thereby mastering general and professional competencies, and gain practical experience in project activities. As a result, students form the key competencies of the 21st century, which make up the 4С model: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Cooperation.
