Abstract

Improving the processes of exploration and development of fields, as well as increasing the productivity of oil reserves using physicochemical methods are one of the main tasks in stabilizing oil recovery and increasing the oil recovery factor. The most rational method used for hard-to-recover reserves is the shock-wave impact technology. This method can stimulate the release of energy from anomalously stressed zones and intensify the influx of hydrocarbons from deep layers of the Earth along the tectonic faults and sub-vertical inversion ring structures. The article presents the results of a study of the shock-wave impact on production wells of the Sabanchinskoye field and discusses factors that reduce the profitability of this technology.
