Abstract

Two patients,with ASA grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively,scheduled for elective surgeries combining coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) and lung resection,in November 2012 at Shanghai Chest Hospital,were retrospectively analyzed.Both patients received general anesthesia and double-lumen endobronchial tube for lung separation.OPCABG and lung resection were conducted sequentially.Patients were discharged without any perioperaitive complications.Circulation and airway management were key points for anesthesiologists in the management of patients undergoing combination surgical proceduces.
