Abstract
胃泌素瘤(促胃液素瘤)是少见病,在胰十二指肠内分泌肿瘤方面,发病率在白种人国家仅次于胰岛素瘤,占第2位,在我国及日本文献,无功能性胰岛细胞瘤占第2位,本病为第3位.本病亦是多发性内分泌肿瘤MEN Ⅰ型的组成部分.北京协和医院1978～2001年共诊治了22例,均由本院胃肠科或内分沁科和外科合作完成诊治工作,切下的标本均经病理科确诊,由于国内文献均为零星报道,本文总结协和医院的经验供大家参考。
