Abstract
This article presents the experience of complex treatment of trophic ulcers of venous etiology using of the adsorption bacteriostatic wound coverings in 54 patients. The features of the application of these dressings with their modification as well as the stimulation of regenerative processes using the hydrogel dressings with hyaluronic acid are described. These results suggest that the use of adsorption bacteriostatic wound coverings promotes faster regression of clinical symptoms and closure of venous trophic ulcers and reduces the duration of hospital stay compared to standard treatment. In turn the use of hydrogel wound coverings can reduce pain associated with dressing change and improve the patient’s quality of life.

Summary
У даній статті наведено досвід комплексного лікування трофічних виразок венозної етіології шляхом застосування адсорбційних бактеріостатичних гідрогелевих пов’язок у 54 пацієнтів. Розглянуто особливості накладення даних пов’язок з їх модифікацією, а також стимуляцію регенеративних процесів шляхом застосування гідрогелевих пов’язок із гіалуроновою кислотою. Отримані результати дозволяють зробити висновок, що застосування адсорбційних бактеріостатичних пов’язок сприяє більш швидкому, порівняно зі стандартним лікуванням, регресу клінічних симптомів і закриттю венозних трофічних виразок, а також скорочує тривалість перебування хворого в стаціонарі.
