Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care intervention on the elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty.Methods 58 cases of total hip joint replacement surgery in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group was given high quality nursing care therapy,while the control group was given routine nursing care treatment.Results All the scores of the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group,there was significant difference in the prognosis and complication incidence rate of patients between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of high quality nursing care to the hip replacement patients,the quality of life of patients are improved,the complication incidence rate significantly decreases.
