Expenses for own housing purpses on an example of interpretations issued and case law of administrative courts

Abstract

The subject of this article is the analysis of title to housing relief including the interpretation of applicable law taking into account expenses for own housing purposes. The analysis is conducted on the basis of interpretations issued and case law of administrative courts.
