Abstract

The possibility of expanding the suppression band of the forced vibrations of a system with a dynamic vibration damper by introducing active feedback with respect to the relative motion of a vibroprotection object and an inertial mass elastically attached to it is considered. The parameters of the vibration damper are tuned by a fictive change of the attached mass. The synthesis algorithm of the optimal oscillation suppression by the criterion of the minimax value of the amplitude–frequency characteristic of system compliance is proposed. An evaluation of comparative efficiency for the active and passive dynamic suppression of resonant oscillations is performed.
