Abstract The analysis of specifications on manufacturing and modernization GTTG, features of a design, their operating experience allows to bring range proposition in this direction. To develop GTTG compressor stations (CS) for an independent operating mode irrespective of external sources of electro supply. To equip GTTG with the regular systems of the automatic control equipped by necessary diagnostic functions. To develop the modular designs GTTG guaranteeing performance of requirements of operational suitability at which each module provides reliable, qualitative work and it is assembled from details having resources of the equal order. The analysis of loading characteristics GTTG allows determining a range of requirements for perfection of operational suitability. To develop GTTG, meeting the requirements to criteria of resources and energy economies.Most admissible low values of the pressure head and frequency characteristics ΓΓΠΑ adequate to conditions before critical of flux in a flowing part turbo compressor.To develop installation of gas turbine (IGT) for oil and gas industry: with a choice of optimum value of a ratio of pressure of compression from a condition of the maximal specific work of the engine at which the axial compressor (AC) as a whole are carried out on smaller working pressure in comparison with those for of some developed IGT; on a condition of reception of the maximal useful loading at the least thermal capacity of the engine, and a choice already developed IGT to spend by the criterion noted above.It is necessary to note, that with growth πκ and ratio of boundary temperatures of a cycle the share of useful loading IGT concerning the produced gas turbine increases. These conditions favorably affect on a degree of aerodynamic perfection, on resources and energy economies characteristics. To agree characteristics IGT and a centrifugal supercharger (CSU) in GTTG whenever possible on optimum parameters at designing and manufacturing. To provide development GTTG in northern execution with the factor of safety factor equal 1, 35~1, 40 for maximal use of had capacity IGT. The basic repair, maintenance service, rendering of various services, including delivery of spare parts, continuous perfection, modernization for maintenance of high technical condition GTTG after input of the equipment in operation to make experts of manufacturers GTTG at corresponding requirements of the customer, with use of existing repair bases. To develop system of filtration, ensuring the functioning AC IGT without significant pollution of a flowing part while in service at limiting value of the size of particles in the stream of air which is not exceeding 10-12 microns. Ways of increase of working capacity of support GTTG are connected with transition with replacement of mineral butters on synthetic. One of the reasons of decrease{reduction} in quality IGT connected first of all with efficiency, profitability, reliability and safety of the equipment is irreversible change of characteristics of a material in time, caused by physical and chemical processes occurring in engines. Therefore prolongation of the declared resource GTTG probably on the basis of specialized tests with corresponding technical opportunities of manufacturers. Continuously increasing volume of repair is connected with significant production costs. If actual volume of repair GTTG in view of additional composed under operating conditions on some tens percent exceed normative volume, the further operation of such equipment becomes unprofitable on the basis of rational economy of a developing manufacture. Defects of the equipment, basically not giving in to detection at an early stage by means of existing apparatus of control and automatic, are shown at the infringements connected with mechanical damages; at infringement of aerodynamics of the stream, caused by an inadmissible, dangerous operating mode; at infringement of surfaces of a flowing part of line machines.
