Abstract
Exogenous ochronosis has been reported worldwide following long-term application of skin-lightening creams that contain hydroquinone, phenol or resorcinol. This report documents six patients presenting in Singapore with greatly differing facial dyschromias and discusses the diagnostic difficulties.
