Abstract

A control system is considered, and a cost functional Jto be minimized. The optimal control variables are approximated using certain function and tne state values are approximated using spline functions with 3h-step. The control problem reduced to an unconstrained or constrained minimization problem according to given conditions. The solution depends wholly on the controlled dynamic system. So, the existence,uniqueness and stability is considered of 3h-step spline function of degree m=4 for delay controlled dynamic system.
